Our Dispute Resolution Policy

If you find an error in your CINCB Credit Report you should start an investigation with CINCB free of charge.  Simply complete our online Dispute a Debt Form below, contact our office at (345)949-3777 or email us at info@CINCB.ky requesting our Dispute a Debt form.  Our agent will then begin the investigation.

We will investigate your concerns directly with the creditor and respond to you within 30 – 45 days by mailing you the results of the investigation. If you are in the process of applying for a loan, immediately notify your lender of any incorrect information in your file. Your lender will need to reorder your credit file once any changes have been made to your information at CINCB.
