Debt Payment Plan

If you have received a letter and/or contact from us regarding a debt you owe to one of our members and would like to set up a debt payment plan with us, please click the Set Up Payment Plan button below and fill out our Debt Payment Plan form.

Once we receive your Debt Payment Agreement proposal, we will consider your proposal and advise you if it is accepted.

NOTE: We recommend that you work out a realistic payment plan that you can afford and can stick to before completing the Debt Payment Agreement.

Should you need help calculating an affordable payment plan, please complete our Personal Budget Worksheet, then forward it to us by email, fax or drop it off to our office.  This will enable us to have a better understanding of your circumstances and to then be able to help you develop an affordable payment plan.
